We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Asmitta Jewelry. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Our customer support will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and labels and include the RA number.
- Ship the return item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per the customer's preference.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
