Asmitta Jewelry Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Asmitta Jewelry. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  1. The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Our customer support will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and labels and include the RA number.
  4. Ship the return item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per the customer's preference.
  3. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
